Heather Visits Twin Falls

I met one of my best friends when we were placed together as roommates our freshman year at BYU. I am so grateful to have her in my life, especially because she makes it a point to visit me every year even though she knows we won't do much. We took her to Shoshone Falls, Dierkes Lake, Perrine Bridge, and the Herrett Center. Sprout was obsessed with her. It was so nice to have her here! (I also feel really lame that I didn't take way more pictures.)

Little Lady: 6 Months

Our sweet, sweet little girl turned 6 months recently. At her appointment she weighed in at 14.4 pounds and is 25.5 inches long. She's our tall, slender lady.

Some Little Lady 6 month highlights:

• She scoots backwards like a pro
• She gets up on her knees, but not for long
• She has finally taken to solid foods and loves banana
• She likes to eat her toes in between bites of food
• She does not like sitting up and will fight against me to get down on her tummy
• She still ADORES her brother - nobody makes her laugh like he does
• She won't fall asleep without a pacifier
• She was born with a head of hair that almost all fell out, but it's filling back in now.
• She doesn't talk much, but when she does she loves to squeal

We just adore this sweet girl and her easy smile. She is so cheerful (though definitely not timid about letting you know when she's unhappy) and we're thrilled to have her in our family.
